Travel to Xiamen
With well-developed transportation, Hangzhou is an important transportation hub in southeast China. It is not only an important hub of main railway lines such as Shanghai-Kunming Line and Xuan-Hang Line, but also the operation and construction of Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway, Nanjing-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Line, Hangzhou-Changsha Passenger Dedicated Line, etc.
Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (IATA: HGH, ICAO: ZSHC) is the principal airport serving Hangzhou, a major city in the Yangtze River Delta region and the capital of Zhejiang Province, China. The airport is located on the southern shore of Qiantang River in Xiaoshan District and is 27 km (17 mi) east of downtown Hangzhou.
There are three railway stations in Hangzhou, one is Hangzhou South Railway Station (formerly Xiaoshan Railway Station), referred to as Hangzhou South, the other is Hangzhou City Railway Station, referred to as Hangzhou Station, and the other is Hangzhou East Railway Station, one of the largest railway hub stations in Asia:
- Hangzhou Railway Station is located in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The station is passed by the Jianhang Line and the Shanghai-Kunming Bypass Line. It mainly stops at ordinary speed trains, most of which are departure trains.
- Hangzhou South Railway Station was formerly known as Xiaoshan Station. It is the hub of the Shanghai-Kunming Line and the Xiaoyong Line. It is located on Beigan Street, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, which is 27 kilometers away from Hangzhou Station.
- Hangzhou East Railway Station is located on Tiancheng Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China (formerly Jianggan District). There are Shanghai-Kunming Railway, Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line, Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Line, Nanjing-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, and the planned Shanghai-Hangzhou Maglev. It was once one of the largest railway stations in Asia.
